We specialize in the casting and machining of ductile iron. Our company’s products include low-temperature, high-toughness ductile iron.
Changzhou Huade Machinery Co., Ltd. is a specialized enterprise focusing on low-temperature ductile iron, possessing independent scientific and technological achievements as well as core technologies. The company produces mid-to-high-end castings made of low-temperature ductile iron, including grades designed for temperatures as low as -20℃, -40℃, and -60℃. We have one automated clay-sand molding line and one resin-sand molding line, along with more than 50 large-, medium-, and small-sized machining centers. Our facility is equipped with comprehensive quality inspection equipment, including instruments for chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property testing, non-destructive testing, and three-coordinate measuring machines. We have developed three major product lines: high-speed railway bogie axle boxes; high-speed railway and locomotive gearboxes; and traction motor frames. The company boasts strong research and development capabilities and holds production qualifications for dozens of products that have been approved by China Railway, German Railways, and French Railways.
